Gaines Blasdel is a medical case manager at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, an LGBTQ-focused Federally Qualified Health Center in NYC. He works in the teen program there, with transgender and nonbinary (TGNB) adolescents. He also runs the website www.healthytrans.com, and his particular interest is in TGNB health literacy education and advocacy for increased coverage of TGNB surgical procedures.
