Dr. Griffin is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience, specializing in the area of gender identity. In her private practice, she works exclusively with gender-diverse children, adolescents, and their families; she also provides clinical services at Side by Side, a support and advocacy organization for LGBTQ+ youth, and teaches gender and sexuality college courses as an adjunct professor. She has been named a 2017 Outstanding Virginian by Equality Virginia.
