they/them/theirs
Kamryn Wolf is a queer and nonbinary activist, artist and graduate student at Union Theological Seminary in NYC, where they are studying chaplaincy and spiritual care with transgender and gender nonconforming people. Their studies live at the intersection of care work, spirituality, sexuality, racial and economic justice, and collective action. They are a collective member of the NYC Trans Oral History Project. Kamryn is also in collaboration with friend and mentor Hana van der Kolk on a project called coco damah (collective containers for desire and maybe also healing) — an ongoing embodied and feminist research process investigating the power and ephemerality of desire. They also see individuals and families as a gender doula, a one-of-a-kind short-term pastoral counseling practice. Kamryn splits their time between NYC and Troy, NY.
